Taylor Swift’s entry in Paris on her record-breaking “Eras Tour” marked the inauguration of an era, a new setlist, and her 87th gig.
Taylor Swift’s Historic Performance in Paris
But does she have ambitions to return to the City of Lights?
Swift will continue the international leg of her tour during the Olympics. Her last concert in Europe is Aug. 20 in London.
Gaps in the Tour Calendar: Olympic Speculations
But there are gaps in the singer’s schedule. She doesn’t have a concert scheduled on July 26, the day of the opening ceremonies, nor on August 11, the closing day of the Summer Games.
She plays scheduled gigs July 27-28 in Munich, Germany, Aug. 1-3 in Warsaw, Poland, and Aug. 8-10 in Vienna, Austria, with each place less than three hours away from Paris by plane.
So, given Swift made it to the Las Vegas Super Bowl on Feb. 11 after playing in Tokyo, Japan, on Feb. 10, it’s totally plausible for her to make an appearance in Paris.
Swift has not publicly confirmed whether or not she intends to attend the 2024 Olympics.
Swift’s Support for Team USA
Swift has links to Squad USA’s women’s gymnastics squad. In 2021, when Simone Biles withdrew from the Tokyo Olympics, Swift narrated a video homage to the gymnast, showing her accomplishments with the background music, “This Is Me Trying.” The singer also offered her voice to a teaser hyping up Suni Lee and Jade Carey.
Earlier last year, Biles and Swift shared a nice chat on X. The gymnast, who officially announced her return to the Olympics in August 2023, has been using Swift’s song “…Ready For It?” for her floor routine.
“Watched this so many times and still unready,” Swift wrote in a tweet, alluding to a video of Biles’ performance at the U.S. Olympic gymnastics trials.

Swift, along with Flavor Flav, has also endorsed the women’s water polo squad. In May, she granted the team VIP seats to one of her “Eras Tour” events in Paris.
However, her favorite sport still seems to be football (the American version, that is) due to her affair with Kansas Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
