Kerala Martial Arts Collection ‘Chekavar’ Unveiled at Movie Bazaar


A brand new streaming collection focused on Kerala’s historic martial artwork Kalaripayattu is being advanced via director Abhilash Vijayan (“That Elephant From the Bridge”) and manufacturer Nithin Lukose (“Paka: River of Blood”) and is taking part at India’s Movie Bazaar.

Set in sixteenth century Kerala, “Chekavar” follows a teenage warrior who secretly takes on a project from the King of Kuttiyadi to guide a military in opposition to the rebellious Lord of Palayi, who has accomplished 44 of the king’s swordsmen.
